Presentation phase – As the search team at MinisterSearch identify qualified candidates, they are immediately submitted to you for consideration and interviews

Facilitation phase – MinisterSearch works with you to develop and facilitate an effective interview process and walks through that process with you and your candidates

Compensation/Negotiation phase – Your search consultant will make recommendations and handle financial negotiations for you

Transition phase – The MinisterSearch team will guide you and the candidate through the transition process and follow up after the hire and be available to you at any time
